* All deposits and balances for classes and workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable unless cancellations are made with more than 5 days notice before a scheduled workshop begins and 24 hour notice before scheduled Individualized Instruction. If cancellations are made within this timeframe, you may request to credit or transfer 75% of the total workshop fee to another class within 12 months.

• We will charge 10 dollars per half hour of needed supervision post-class time. Please make arrangements ahead of time.

• All classes need to be paid in full prior to the class start date.

• We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or bank transfer through Quickbooks.

• Once you have contacted us to secure your enrollment spot, you will be billed via Quickbooks.

• Individualized instruction is billed by the month.

• Snacks are often provided to students. Please notify us if your child has any allergies or dietary restrictions.

• Students are expected to maintain a code of conduct similar to that of their school classroom.
